Every Stormshadow bag is made by one person, and I stand behind the work.

MANUFACTURING FAULTS.

If a seam, stitch, or piece of hardware fails because of how the bag was made, that's on me. Get in touch through the contact page with a photo and a description, and I'll repair or replace it.

WEAR AND TEAR.

Hard use leaves marks. Abrasion, fading, and worn corners are normal for gear that's doing its job — they're not faults.

DAMAGE AND REPAIRS.

Punctures, cuts, crushed hardware, and other accidental damage aren't warranty faults, but they're often repairable. Send me a photo and what happened, and I'll tell you whether it's fixable and what it would cost. Every repair is assessed case by case.
